The forum AI assistants quote more than almost any other site. A helpful comment in the right subreddit can bring visitors and citations for years.
Why not checked: Reddit blocks automated page checks, and our browser won't open Reddit. Lists online say links are nofollow; we haven't confirmed it ourselves.

The largest community for real estate investors, with forums, member blogs and public profile pages. Members write a bio that can include their business and site.
Why not checked: Our checker finds no link in the profile page, because the bio URL appears as text in the page data, so we can't say what a visitor's link looks like. We don't guess.
Good to know: There is also an editor route: the blog takes contributor applications (see the guest blogger guidelines at biggerpockets.com/blog/biggerpockets-blog-guest-blogger-guidelines-suggestions).

Why not checked: The forum draws profile pages with JavaScript, so the link is not in the page HTML we can read, and we don't guess.
Good to know: The public profile data shows some members have a website set (for example jeremylt). We could not read the guidelines text because it also needs JavaScript.
