Write for Us
PublishMyBlog covers AI, SEO, website tools, marketing tech, creators and SaaS for the people who run websites: site owners, marketers, SEOs, bloggers and founders. If you’ve done the work and can show it, we’d like to hear from you.
You don’t need to be famous. You do need to know your subject from doing it, and be able to point to where you do it: a website, a newsletter, a LinkedIn profile or a product you built.
Ways to contribute
Guest articles. An original piece from you or your team, published under your name with your author bio.
Expert commentary. A quote or a short take on a story we’re covering, credited to you, when you have first-hand experience with it.
Resource suggestions. A study, tool or guide that would help readers of one of our existing articles. If it adds something the article doesn’t have, we’ll add it where it fits.
News and data. Your launch, update, survey or study, sent to our newsroom. If it’s news for our readers, we’ll write it up in our own words and link to you.

Guidelines
- Original and unpublished. Nothing that’s appeared elsewhere, including your own blog, Medium or LinkedIn. Once it’s live here, please don’t republish it.
- Useful from the first paragraph. Practical advice, real examples, numbers you can back up. Aim for 1,000 words or more, with clear H2 and H3 subheadings and short paragraphs.
- Every claim has a source. Link to the study, the documentation or the case it comes from. Screenshots and your own data are welcome; stock photos aren’t.
- Written for people, not keywords. Tell us the topic and the question it answers. We’ll handle the SEO title and description.
- Light on self-promotion. One relevant link in the body where it genuinely helps the reader, plus a link to your site in your bio. No links to competitors’ clones, link farms or anything we wouldn’t send a friend to.
- A short author bio. Around 50 words, with a headshot and one link.
We don’t publish gambling, adult, pharma, loans or crypto schemes.
How it works
- Email us your idea: a working title, three or four bullet points on what you’ll cover, and links to two things you’ve written before.
- We reply within two working days. If it’s a fit, we’ll agree the angle together.
- Send the full draft as a Google Doc. We edit for clarity, accuracy and style, and we’ll show you the edits before it goes live.
- Once it’s published, we’ll send you the link. Sharing it with your audience helps both of us.
We reserve the right to edit any piece, or to decline one that doesn’t meet our standards. Because of the volume we get, we can’t always reply to pitches we don’t take forward.
